The other day, someone asked me if I had ever watched the 1990 movie, Green Card.
This was not the first time I was asked this question. I have been compared by many people for over thirty years to the French star of that film, Gerard Depardieu.
The few photos of myself on this website display me in wearing shorter hair, however my standard haircut is usually long and floppy, much like Depardieu in that film and in his real life.
With his moppy dark blonde hair, Gerard does look like me. I can see why people compare him to me.
We both share a strong chin, although, in this photo, his is more square than mine.
That could be the result of Hollywood makeup. His nose is slightly larger than mine as well and I believe that is natural.
My hair is often this length and with the added mustache and soul patch, Gerard does look like me.
My facial hair is now white in my old age, but my head hair remains its dark blonde shade.
My hair looked exactly like this in college.
When I did have a rare haircut, I went to Regis Hairstylists in the mall.
With that information, I really date myself.
